i have an idea for a class racing engine. 9.80 inch tall bow tie block with 4.50 inch bores. 3.25 inch stroke crank. 6.80 inch rods. zero piston deck, 0.039 thick head gasket, 1.375 inch compression hight, 20cc dome pistons. edelbrock rpm xtreme 325cc port, 110cc chamber heads, angle machined to 95cc chambers, for 11 to 1 compression. unported these heads flow 385 cfm. 2.125 inch tube headers. weiand team g 4500 type manifold, 1150 cfm carb, n.o.s. big shot n2o unit set at 300 h.p. 1.7 to 1 shaft rockers, maybe comp cams solid roller #11-694-8 with specs of 255-262 degrees duration at 50, 114 degree LSA, 0.662 inch gross valve lift. alky in the carb[methanol] race gas for the n20 unit. any opinions, guesses what kind of power this thing might make? merry christmas, have a NICE day!
dond1965Well over 600 would be my guess.,. add juice and power goes up from there.I'd close up the LSA a bit to see what happens.
