Interesting thing about this one is I don't have the keys. Where do i put the 12 volts to on the box and or the coil to get it to spark? I only need it to run for 30 minutes to stop the car from being towed....
I have all new lock cylinders and keys but I can't "work" on it in the parking lot.
Hooking up a couple of wires would be ok according to security.

Or a wiring diagram for a 6AL system.

hire your tow truck to move it..

get a locksmith to pick the ignition lock... you will need proof of ownership.. and a valid ID..

i don't feel comfortable posting how to start a car on the forums..

I am not asking how to start it. I am asking for the wire to get the msd to go hot.
I know how to start a classic ford without the key.

$100 to get the car towed off base so i can change the lock cylinders is ridiculous.

It
is the small red wire in the msd harness. I am in Guam so I will check this out tomorrow.

If the ignition module is bad it won't run no matter what you do.

It ran fine before the keys got lost. So once i get power to what needs power it will run.

Need to power thin red,it should be connected to ignition switch now, take it from there, jumper to battery positive, can use a alligator clip if you want.I'm assuming you have a 6-series box and MSD distributor and nothing else was unplugged since keys were lost.

Yes,
that is what was needed. Turns out a screwdriver, not a ford key was all i needed to turn it over with some fresh gas and a charged battery.

Guam locksmiths are useless. they all said go to the dealer..... for a 45 year old car!
Took out a paperclip and the screwdriver and did it myself. Bought a wafer pick and picked the trunk lock (what a pain in the arse that was)
All new locks for $45 and about 5 hours of sweating my arse off in the guam sun.
