I'm actually 16, and my friend and I working on my grandma's old thunderbird she left to me, it run's great but looks UGLY! So we're going to take care of that  Wink

cool... be sure to take pictures of what you do.. post them to an image hosting site .. so we can all follow along..


one thing as i have had several friends with these....  check the ground connections on the radiator core support.... they tend to fatigue and come apart..  this will effect how the car runs... and how the radiator cooling fans operate...


this is what needed to be done to repair the ground connections on one friends 97 tbird..

Groundedproperly

you can see the yellow crimp terminals on the core support.. the wire that loops down is for the radiator cooling fans..

there is a ground connector on the other end of the core support that also needs cleaning usually..
