hi my car feels like it wants to die in speeds reaching or over 45 mph and when i press the gas pedal it doesnt advance. please help me

If you don't have a check engine light on.
I would go for the fuel filter first. Then if the problem is still there check the fuel pressure.
I had a very strange problem with my daughter's first car along time ago. The leaves somehow got sucked up into the air filter and nearly plugged the air flow. It was just enoungh to do what your engine is doing. Just a thought.
If you still have the problem? Is it the original fuel pump? If so It maybe that time to replace it?
