1966 Car Craft cover car

I own a rare, 1966 camaro that I have been told that
Car Craft used for a 1966 cover car. I was shone the issue (my dad has old issues). Does anyone have more information on this car?

The first model year for the Camaro was 1967. So a "1966 Camaro" would be rare indeed.
