I have a vinly roof that I installed a few years back so it is still in really solid shape but I must not have applied enough adhesive in the center of the front as a 8 in. deep pie slice area of the roof at the leading edge becomes slightly loose at speed on a warm day. How do I get adhesive up in there without making matters worse?

probably a big hypodermic needle.. to inject some adhesive.. then a prepared tool to work with a shop vacuum to pull the air and extra adhesive out..
you could inject a small amount of adhesive and work the vinyl surface around with a hard rubber roller. to cause it to adhere and lay flat...
but i would probably create a wooden box with a small section of peg board to allow the suction to come through.. with a layer of dense foam rubber or urethane rubber.. with matching small holes.. so you can apply an even pressure to the patch without lifting it up with the vacuum while you extract the air..
