We've recently came up with the next generation Mustang topic. Officials said, that pony will no longer keep the retro look and it is obvious that fuel/economy regulations will impact engines too. If you're interested in our guesses on 2015 Mustang, please, find our post here. If not, we'd like to share our interpretations of the next gen Mustang [based on ford evos concept, aston martin and Shelby GR-1 concept]. What's your opinion?

the silver car needs to have the roof raised similar to the red car .. or it won't be drivable except by people who are 6 foot tall with their heads against the roof..
the raised belt lines of cars have created an issue with shorter drivers.. they cannot see the fenders of their cars.. they are looking out along the hood in a two dimensional view.. as their point of view is too low.... one cannot count on the automatic parking feature for every situation.. and when you cannot see below the hood for 20 or 30 feet.. its going to cause problems..
i have seen shorter drivers looking through the hoop of the steering wheel when looking forward on the freeway..
i personally cannot see the retro look of the mustang changing much if you look at what happened to it after the first few years of production in the 60s.. where they kept making it larger and larger until well we all remember what happened.. the mustang II.. to meet fuel exxonomy standards..
trying to keep up with the jone's by turning the front of the car into a japanese sports car.. i don't think is going to fly very far.. i just don't know if it will sell as good as slight modifications to the current retro design... perhaps the silver car could have been produced by the aston martin side.. but thats sold off ..
the more l look at it.. the more i think it would be better with a higher roof.. raising the back end .. and moving the windshield/A pilar forward some.. with less lay back..
morphing cars designs does not always work... remember the pontiac transam van prototype .. it was a great design.. but it got ruined when it became a production model..
i realize that some prototype designs are way ahead of their time.. so they sit on the shelf for decades.. but producing concept cars that have issues with driving safety ... i just don't know..
the fox body mustang lasted from 79 to 94? or so.. perhaps.. the current retro has some time before it gets changed out..
Edit... if they could fix the roof line.. so one could see.. that car would sell like crazy to a limited upper end buyer.. my wife.. said. thats not a car girls would buy.... end edit..
but this is just my personal opinion..

Thanks for the link, When i first seen the red one here, i thought at a quick glance it was that 2012 Dart there coming out with, Honestly, I don't know what to think of all this, i do agree with things Wayne said.. Im 6-5 and i cant see me driving that car... Interesting ideas though. Few years away, time will tell, i don't think ill get to excited over them, Seems every time the manufacturers come out with something, it isint what we hoped for. JMHO..

Do you have any idea what the cost is or is that a Ford secret and only the rich can own one?
