what is a good set of wires/plugs that everyone is either using or can recommend for a 69 Camaro with a 454 and a 150 shot of nitrous

no split fires or e3`s with nos. you can use plat. plugs it takes less voltage to fire them. i have had good luck out of ngk`s. plug wires,msd wires 8 or 8.8 mm
also have good luck with these. what ever brand you pick , make sure the boots are good to stand the heat from exhaust

i would use autolight AR-3932 or AR-3933, I use autolights in almost everything, good plug, gap it to .035"

ac delco are good plugs and 10.8 wires are some beasts and couldnt hurt
