disc brakes on 65 galaxy

i came across a donor car a 74 grand marquis all there running motor (bad carb though) recently rebuilt c6 trans for $200.00. Im planning on using everything i can off this car for my 65.
but I was curious do you know if i could use the disc brake system off the marquis on the galaxy body?
how much of a pain would it be? or would it be cheaper to go with a new unit? also where can i find headers for the 460? could the 429 headers be used?
