I have a '51 Chevy 2 door with a '68 Camaro 10 bolt.  I want to run a locker with 4.11 but I'm not sure how long the axles would last.  I know lockers aren't great for the street but the car is rarely driven and the engine and tranny combo isn't super stout.  Its just an overcammed '64 283 and a three speed stick. Considreing that the car stays in town and won't be driven much more than 25 miles one wy would this work?
