New to this site. I am building a 400 4.25 stroker. Does anybody out there have an opinion of what single plane intake works the best for this engine? I have been told if I can find a Holly Street Dominator or a Torker that will be the best.Any opinions will be appreciated.

I have been into pontiacs for a long time and I've run many different intakes.

I just built a 4.25 stroker with a comp roller cam and fully ported heads...  We are running the performer RPM and very happy with it.  I absolutely love the RPM intake.  For a street car, I would not run anything else.

I TOTALLY AGREE THE PERFORMER RPM SEEMS TO BE THE ONE EVEN THOUGH IT,S A DUAL PLANE. I HAVE RUN NEARLY ALL MAKE OF PONTIAC INTAKES AND HAVE MANY OF THE OTHERS IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.

Ya the performer and the performer RPM perform very well.
