Have you checked the electric fan? The fan relay?  A bad sensor?

Did the big computer thinging (a techII or big actron?) read what the sensor was saying, as in an absolute temperature?  Also what are you using to determine it's running hot?  Steam blowing out of the radiator cap? The dash gauge? The Scan tool gauge?

Also in recollection, check the radiator cap, when those go bad those cars overheat.

What i mean by it runing hot is (what I said in the first post, the temp gauge-if the car is sitting s/where with the car runing it will go up,and keep going up,untill you cut on the heater, air . Then it will go down, and then the (low coolant) light will also blink on and off .We were told that we needed to put my car back on the computer, and see how hot the computer says my car is runing and also, look at my car gauge at the sametime and see if my car gauge is saying the samething as the computer,is saying that my car is runing. He said,if not then my car gauge is wrong. So,do you agree?

Yes. The dash gauge and computer sensors are different sensors, so one can read differently than the other if it goes bad.

feel under the front passenger side floor mat, if it is wet, it could be a heater core.  Do you smell coolant when the car is running hot?  Does the car perform as usual when the gauge is reading hot?

The floor is not wet!! And you can smell coolant a little bit when the car as been runing, and after you have ran it and you have parked it,after its parked you can still smell it some. And if you have the air conditioner ON,the car WONT RUN HOT!! If you DON'T have it ON,then it will. And it really will if it's off and you have the car seating and runing. But,the fans are working.
