What's up, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of any shops that deal in muscle car restoration in the Southern California area? I need to get the frame looked at!

there are shops that deal in restoration.. and there are frame shops... there is also a seller on ebay that sells frame dimension charts for like 5 bucks... might be a good investment... not all frame shops have the proper data for old cars...
there are so many body shops that do good.. and great work.. and some that are great at selling it... make you think they are top of the mountain in body shops... you really need to look carefully at what they put out every day... before you commit...
i know this is not enough of an answer... but... there are so many variables.. so many pitfalls.. so many disappointed people... ssssoooo many variables.. and so many lost parts...

I live in Canada and I own a 1995 Buick Riviera. The body motor and tranny and accessories are in great shape but the unibody front frame is rotted and cracked.Where can I find either a remanufactured frame or rebuilt or used frame shop. I live in Ontario near Toronto.

jim.... the unibody on that model is the core support , front inner fenders .. the firewall and everything rearward..
there is a subframe on that model that is replaceable...
it bolts to the bottom of the car under the motor and transmission... the motor and transmission mounts actually bolt to it..
most body shops will have a collision estimating manual... hopefully they will have the older model version.. you can get part numbers from that...
there are also hollander interchange manuals... they are used by professional junk yards... they will may have given that subframe an interchange number... the junk yards also have hot lines... some are local.. some are nationwide... not just canada...
do to the rotting.. and corrosion problems... you might have a great deal of problems getting the subframe bolts out..
