I have a 89 mustang gt hatchback rolling chassis. I am going to put a 434 sbc into it. I already have the new k member and manual steering rack. My problem is, I can't seem to find any sbc headers that will fit into the car. I'm sure they are out there, but where? Any ideas would be helpful.

You enjoy living dangerously, don't you?

As for pipes, you're probably gonna have to look at custom made headers.

Suggestion: Get off of the crackpipe and cut back on the 40s!

Much of what I wrote to Jeff "L.S. Craft" Smith when he proposed the horrible idea of Chevy LS-in-a-Mustang applies here:

"This idea is plain stupid."

"The rapidly sinking PHR already created an hacked-up abortion like this mess (see the infamous "The Orphan" series by Vinnie "the Hit Man" Kung)."

"Perhaps Jeff 'Camaro Craft' Smith ought to be shilling for GM in the pages of 'Street Rodder' (where such illegitimate half-breeds as a Ford defiled with a cheapskate, belly-button Stovebolt lump are de rigeur among the brainless billet and Sans-a-Belt set)."

"Of course, the whole 'Chevy-in-a-Ford' miscegenation nightmare has always been the result of GM's various failure to build adequate bodies for the primitive pushrod "mouse" mill (i.e the poor build quality and suspensions on the mid-'30s [GM] coupes and roadsters and the paucity of Camaros and RWD after 2002)."

"Maybe it's time for a Ford modular-powered Chevelle (OR CORVETTE) to teach our Antique "Blo-tie" Brother Smith a "LSesson" on the 1320 . . . ."

"Apparently GM sycophants like L.S. 'Jeff' Smith will go out of their way to offend Ford readers."

"Inane stories like this begin to make me actually hope GM goes out of business."

SELL EITHER THE CAR OR THE ENGINE AND BUILD SOMETHING THAT'S NOT AS SLEAZY AS A THREE-DOLLAR #@!
