My 71 Cutlass has been down for a year now.  It was my everday car for a year but I had to stop driving it when it started to et unrealiable due to electrical issues and cas prices.  But now that gas has dropped I'm gonna get it running it again.  I was just wondering if there is anything special I will have to do like drain the fuel tank since it has been sitting for a year?

Unless you used fuel stabilizer, the gas is probably gone bad. If your car has been in a garage for the year it was out of action, you can probably get away with drainging the whole fuel system and flushing it with fresh gas, and not have to rebuild the carb.

Ok thanks for the reply.  I'm gonna go ahead and flush the system, and change all the other fluids before I start it up.
