1971 chevy vega panel express wagon, wanting to install sbc, so. cali.

i'm looking for a shop in southern california that can reinforce frame, install sbc, rear-end, interior, body & paint, etc. at a reasonable price. I have owned this car for almost 20 years, I always had planned on doing most of the work myself but could never find the time. I was a plumber putting in long hours so I could afford to raise four sons. Well they are all over 18 now but I can no longer do any of the work myself due to a ladder fall, approx. 20', which has left me permanently paralyzed at the t4 level. I can drive with hand controls and have plenty of time on my hands but not alot of money.  

I started out to build a Vega wagon myself, ended up selling the stocker and buying a roller that had most of the expensive stuff done and in place.
