My ram's horn manifolds interfere with the steam hole bung on my AFR heads.  Guess I'll have to get headers.  

And I was really looking forward to building a sleeper.  

You can still build a sleeper with headers, just have them painted/coated in a dull color so they don't attract attention.

The other option is to find a set of cast iron manifolds form a different model year that won't interfere with your AFR heads.  

True.  I'm pretty set on using ceramic coated headers.  I will have to see if Force 842 dry moly will stand up to header heat.
