I'm pretty sure this is a telegram sent to a CC predecessor sometime in the early '50s.
Poor Juan probably never even saw his letter published.

Hola, Juan!
Some of my compadres have been less than friendly.
(But the "telegram" line was hilarious.)
I guess we could say that Juan has a bias for bias ply.
Juan's message is more entertaining if you read it with the voice of Luigi from the "Cars" movie.
(Yes, I know that Luigi was an Italian Fiat. But didn't Raul Julia play an Italian racing driver in "The Gumball Rally?" ("The first rule of Italian racing is that what's behind you is not important!") So the accents necessary for those Mediterranean languages aren't all that different, are they?)
