If I want to grab a set of roller lifters that'll work on an LT1, is this a full list of the cars that will have them?

Roller lifters from any 88-97 car (except the '97 Corvette obviously) and any 96-98 truck will work in your ZZ4 shortblock.
That being said, I wouldn't risk all the work and money you've spent on this motor by using junkyard/used roller lifters. Yes, you can reuse them if the nose wheels are intact and the mechanism inside works, but you don't know how much life the lifter has left.
Spend the money, buy a new set of roller lifters. Don't risk your new motor by cutting the wrong corner.

What about used Comp Cams rollers?
I'm just having a hard time justifying spending a third of the cost of the shortblock on lifters.

I would not put used lifters in any of my engines or my customers engines ever reguardless of what anyone might tell you.

My initial compromise is to look into Comp Cams' lifter rebuilding service. Or switch to flat tappets.
