this isnt about a nice hotrod, but my brother has a 96 chevy corsica that cranks but wont start. the igniton module was just replaced and does send a signal to the coils but the coils dont send anything to the spark plugs. the starter, battery, and alternator have all been tested and are good. the cam and crank sensory have been replaced. the cam n crank sensor are both giving out a .5 volts signal which should mean that the ecm is still good and working. i have check for any shorts to ground and didnt find any problem. the fuel pump can also be heard turning on and off when the key was turnned over, all relays and fuses where also check, i have checked and replaced anything that i can think could be the problem. can anyone help me out?

the crank and cam sensor output signal is not 5 volts.. that is the input power to the sensor.... output is like 24 pulses per revolution...

you really need a scan tool to work on these...
there are so many things that can make it not start... i take it that this is a 2.2 motor... not the 3.1 v6....
