In this months issue of CC the letter of the month was given to a punk whining about being dissed. Then he has the nerve to go off on dissing muscle cars and the studs that drive em? Thats flat out wrong, whats even more wrong is that HRM is considering imports as hot rods!

He says we envy them because the average muscle car tuner is old, well I'm 15 and this guy needs to be slapped! But whats really funny is he claims it takes talent to have a hopped up rice grinder, oh yes, it takes talent to pay someone $150 to make ur car sound like a pissed off mosquito, and it takes talent to put a cold air intake on a car, and if you are really cool you have a "noss" system. Where is the talent in that? He also refers to muscle cars as 30-year-old pieces of crap, but what he doesnt get is that cars are like wine...the older they are the sweeter they get, and who doesnt agree to that? As far as muscle car builders being poor...he obviously hasn't seen how much performance parts cost, you cant be poor to have a nice car. I think "J. Bond" needs to get his facts straight and put a few more ponies under his hood before he goes on a domestic dissing rampage!

I fully agree with everything that you guys were saying.  I don't know about you guys, but I am sick and tired of all these rice burners trying to beat me at the line.  I am driving one of 2 cars, an 1984 corvette with twin turbos or a blown supercharged and yes...NOS 1969 charger convertible.  Fine, your little honda civic looks like it might be fast because it has pretty lights underneath it and it does sound like it might be able keep up with my kid nephews power wheel, but come on man.  you got nothing on this.  I am 22 and I had to work hard for my cars, I can afford the finer things in life, I make my car, rent, utility, insurance, gas, and food payments.  If you are tying to say that your little rice burner is better because the hot women are all over it.  Come on you lying sack of crap, I went to the Toyo Tires hot import nights show in Chicago.  I was unimpressed, you had dancers on stage that kept their clothes on and no one flashed anyone even if you had money.  You say that your car is so much better, come to the U of I champaign.  My plates say "njoy 69" you'll know me when you see me and I won't back down from the race.  The question is....where will you be when the light turns green?  I know I'll be haulin' ass about 3 blocks up.  Even in "too fast too furious" the only way that the evo won was with nos.  Isn't the Evo VII supposed to be a supercar?  How super is it that it needs NOS to win.  You wanna good race, race an American Muscle car with a bottle and see who's wipin dust off their windshield.  Ever since the first "fast and furious" EVERY DAMN CIVIC IN THIS TOWN tries to race me and I haven't lost yet.  Just learn that both types of cars can be fast and both types have ups and downs.  Just like women, some people like the girls that go to import shows, and I like your mom.  

Don't forget in 2fast 2furious that the only way the ricer even caught the yenko is because the yenko flinched during chicken. 69charge2 our drag race team has replied to carcraft regarding that letter offering a challenge to all the ricers. First and foremost I would to congratulate you making an idiot of yourself by writing a message clearly showing your ignorance and stupidity..

Second.. the basis of your argument regarding old fat men, 30yr old cars, and being able to afford the "finer" things in life.. is absolutely WEAK

Also.. I am embrassed to even think that you are a fellow asian and have this mentality towards domestic cars.. Just because that we are asian or from the same region as "Imports".. does not mean that you can only like that type of cars..

Modifying cars especially muscle cars have been part of this American-Culture for a very long time.. as a previous post since cars became mass produced at a resonable price..

Dont get me wrong... I love both Imports and Muscle cars.. but dont trash other peoples hobbies and likes just because you don't approve..

Last note.. "Rice for Life".. Congratulations on having the ablility to make a slogan that rhymes.. your parents must be so proud..
