I don't even know why they even bother with a Honda.  Plus they did a really crappy job on it.  I don't know why anybody bothers with Hondas.  They use speed-density EFI systems and don't take too well to too many aftermarket parts.  Probably one of the biggest con and marketing scheme I have ever seen.  As long as the magazines get advertising money for Hondas, they'll keep preaching them.  Besides, those thing are tweaked out to the max bone-stock.  You gotta be really really smart to find anymore power.  And besides, the whole import thing is biggest in California, which also has the strictest emissions laws around, so it's just plain pointless.  Makes a whole lot more sense to get a pre-1979 emissions exempt car.  

You guys seem awfully bitter.  One might think you got beat by a Honda or something.  

My problem with NOT SO HOT ROD is if you are going to feature 4 cylinder YAWN cars , WHY ONLY HONDA ??????? Do you mean to tell me only Honda builds four cylinder sport compact cars . Talk about showing up at the party about ten years too late . All of these buyouts have ruined ALL car magazines . Please come back Mr R.E . Petersen .
