Am I the only one who likes the 75-79 body style nova????, i picked up my 77 up for $500 dollars,it has a cowl hood and a harwood trunk lid, plus a second parts mule (78)for $50 dollars. the parts mule was smashed and had a  blown 305,which turned out to have a cracked flywheel. upon checking the engine code i discoverd it was also a 350 the parts mule also has a 8.5in posi rear end,but it has a 2.55 gear  After placing the mentioned parts in the car it easily pulled a 14.3 in th 1/4 mile(in stock trim,no aftermarket parts)  . after seeing the potential of these cars i wonder why they are often overlooked.

personally i like the body style. i'm 16 years old and i just finished redoing my 79 nova (nassau blue and white top). I did all the bodywork myself and my dad (who is a pro bodyman) painted it. anyways i love the style, although i wish the rear side window were a bit smaller. i guess i'm weird cause i'm 16 and my daily driver to and from school 30 miles away is a 1979 Nova.
