If someone already covered this, sorry.  The decal how-to was good stuff.  You DO need to be careful removing the transfer paper off the decal with a wet application.  So, after the decal is applied, when you are taking off the transfer paper, just get it wet with the same application fluid that you put down before, let it sit for a few seconds, and it comes off super easy.  It may not come off in one piece, but there is little chance of pulling the decal back up.  Still be careful and take your time.
