I have heard of people using the 6cly t5 with the v8.  A mustang mag covered these swaps about a year ago.

Good luck.

As far as motor mounts go, I couldn't tell you.  However, I do  know that it can be done.  The 302 you have, what is out of and what year is it?  Some were factory roller blocks, some had better heads than others.  You can use the v6 tranny, but from what i understand they don't hold up to more than 300 horse.  ( which is puny for us)  I believe those cars all got 8.8 rears in them, unlike the 80's 4 cylinder cars.  8.8's can be built pretty stout, although personally i think wheel-hop will be a bigger problem than snapping axles with a 200 horse stocker 302.  If I were to recomend a clutch, centerforce would be the way I would go.  That being said, I race an automatic so take my advice with a grain of salt.  The easiest way to do this would be google for a swap that has already been done and find out what motor mounts they used.  The 302 might even drop right into the 6 cylinder mounts like some of the older cars.  I personally wouldn't #### with the efi harness, just put a carb on it and dump it in there.  Most of your factory guages should still work I think.  This won't be an easy swap,  how much power is she looking for?  If she's not lookin for a 13 second car, just a little more get up have her do a gear swap first.  It really wakes those cars up, my buddy has a 94 v6.

You could get the mount brackets from a junkyard, mounts from a parts store, 8.8 rear from junkyard( to replace the 7.5 in the v6), along with the ecu and harness.
