Junkyards rule! Hot girls Rule! The backgrounds of "on the rack" suck. They should get those girlies out to the yards for the photos... even making nice with the yard's guard doggies would be cool! Please CC? Are you with me?

Here ya go for now. funny how great minds work alike. We are working to do a junk yard background also, but the weather has been bad over here in El Paso Tx. A friend of mine restores muscles cars, so it should be good junk in the background.

It adds a little variety to the mag. Some dads with small kids may not like it - but hey, that's what the disney channel is for.

Just ask the little ones "How would you like this for your new mommy?"
I'm kidding!
But a few junkyard/reality scenes would be nice along with less girls with their own websites.

In reading a number of "tuner" magazines, I've generally found that the number of broads is in inverse proportion to the quality of the technical features (e.g. more chicks, less tech).
Barely-legal, semi-pro models (with their own websites) cavorting around in underwear will always appeal to "Car Crafters" who think a good read is just photo spreads of tacky, overpriced and siliconed SEMA/ISCA show cars and equally tacky, overpriced and siliconed "showgirls."
Real Car Crafters could care less.
"On the Rack" just wastes pages that could be used for more tech. At least it only wasted about a page this month.
Have the "T&A" crew do something useful if they're going to take up space in the magazine.

Come on now!
Maybe they could make "On the Rack" a "pop-up" feature -- sort of like how they print children's pop-up books . . . .
That way, the "barely-legal, semi-pro" "showgirls" "(with their own websites)" could be made to do "LAP DANCES" for their legions of adoring fans . . . .
After all, CC does cost you about FIVE SINGLES nowadays.
"AWWWW! Shake it up, BABY! (shake it up, BABY!) Shake it up, now! (shake it up, now) . . . Wooo!"
But, hey . . . Hey . . Hey . . . let's all keep BOTH HANDS on your magazines out there. . . .

"Some dads with small kids may not like it - but hey, that's what the disney channel is for."
HOLY CRAP!
They've got burnouts and junkyard hoopties and wheelstands and nitrous explosions and huge double-pumpers and the LEGENDARY Jeff "Camaro Craft" Smith and . . . OMG! . . .RAMBLERS . . . . on the DISNEY CHANNEL?
I've gotta call my cable provider . . . .
(That gearhead programing just beats the living daylights out of watching that hot Hispanic babe (Melanie Martinez) who got canned over at "PBS Sprout" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melanie_Martinez
BTW, now that ol' "Good Night" Mel is looking for work, could CC make her an "On the Rack" model? A lot of "Sproutlets" would certainly appreciate it.)

I may have issues, but I have 3 boys and I want them doing burnouts and street racing, not showgirls. Less chance of catching something incurable that way. If they hit a tree at a buck-twenny at least it'll be over fast.

Not to worry.
"On the Rack" is about as close as a lot of greasy "Car Crafters" get to "doing" any "showgirls . . . ."
(But I'm sure your boys aren't "greasy."
And I'll bet they don't make "the scene" in a typical CC-reader hooptie**, either, so maybe you SHOULD WORRY!)
(** You know what I'm talking about . . . . primered . . . reeking of oil and gasoline . . . no mufflers . . . mismatched wheels and bald tires (almost always stinking from gratuitious burnouts) . . . wisps of blue smoke trailing from raspy "twice pipes" . . . wavy fenders that look like they're molded over bags of walnuts (but plenty of "El Bondo" caked into the rust holes) . . . an giant "cowl" hood . . . contingency decals shielding the windows of the "make-out chamber" (which, of course, has no potential for use since pulling the shreaded back seat cushions to "save weight") . . . .
Why is it that chicks don't see the elegance and allure of all that?)

And given all the huge, blaring "nookie enhancement" ads filling the back of CC and other Primedia mags these days, apparently a lot of readers lack the biological capacity for any "showgirl" funny business . . . (at least for "all motor" funny business).
(Maybe that's really why those exposed-foam back seats so often trip to the dumpster)

The cartoon's okay, but three pages is way too much. And if the girls were wearling a little less clothing it would be cool, or posing next to some cars, but the way it is now, it's like looking through a sears ad.
