Can anyone tell me where I might find a shop that can make steel rims to my off-set specifications?

I would like to get a set to go on the rear of my '65 Belvedere. The ones I am running now ride the tire a little to close to the fender. Not a problem on the street, but would make me a little uncomfortable at the strip.
