Does anyone have any suggestions on getting more power out of 95 caprice with the 4.3L V8 motor?

Put a big block in it.

Seriously.  The 4.3 is a dog, and spending money on it isn't going to help.

Go to a salvage yard and get a V-8 out of something that had some grunt. Or go to the GM High Performance sight I saw something about Police Caprices cheap. Possibly hi-po 5.7 Ltrs.

He is talking about the 4.3L V8, not the V6.
