i have a 95 ply. neon i was wondering what kind of motor can i put in it to make it faster.  

go with a Eagle Talon 2.0 four. They have tons of balls when you turbo them. Also look up the dodge Shadow engines. There pretty good to.  

Depending on what you want to produce you can start with building up the 2.0 engine, there are plenty of aftermarket parts still out there. Or you can slap in a 2.4 liter which will fit with no problems, just need to update a few things and to switch a couple of wires around. Both of those engines can be turbocharged as well although limited boost should be used with stock internals. Many people have also stuck in an SRT-4 engine as well.
