here at car craft we have zero tolerance for bling-bling, those 22s have got to go. I can't wait to see some road tests, hope CC gets one to thrash. Beer, it's what's for dinner.

check out svtperformace.com's video of the srt10 vs the lightning drag race. if i wasnt so computer challanged id post the link. then check out the srt forums for their take on it, they go absolutely nuts. the poor dodge gets smoked like a bad habit. ill quote the cameraman on the video- "500 horsepower, where?" ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!! too bad dodge dealers are doing the insane markup deal, ive heard of em doing crazy markups on the dodge srt10.

I have seen the dodge srt/10 here in the great white frozen northeast,on the road but I have not been able to test drive one yet dealer said it's special order item. Interesting note: one of the trucks were used this weekend at the daytona 500. I have the ram with the v10 and if they can almost double my horsepower and sell it how can the ford with a cobra motor "smoke it" ? .....

Cobra has a 4.6, the lighting has a 5.4 Both are supercharged i believe.
And yes, the lightning is not AWD

Oops! It should be AWD. I didn't say anything about a Cobra motor.

They report that the lightning is .6 seconds faster than what ford says its 0-60 time is. I think the factory is underrating horsepower again.
And there's going to be twice as many lightning at $10 to $15k less than the burly dodge.
God, its a good time to be a blue oval guy.
FORDS FOREVER!

Hey, good old fashion station wagons are SUPPOSED to have a Hemi (or 454, or 429, or 460, depending on your cup of tea) and STYLE.
