Road draft tube

Hi I have a 67 327 block out of a chevele wagon and put in my 86 trans am. unfortuntaly the block has one of those road draft tubes, and whenever i start it all it does is pump out massive amounts of oil. can I just plug this up?

As long as you have a breather and pcv valve then yes.  They can be in the valve covers if you don't have a pcv valve in the intake manifold.
