You've seen the Rambler and you'll see the Disco Nova in March. We'll be updating these projects right here with Q&A, parts hunting, junkyard scores and new parts testing. Bookmark this page. Summer is going to be great.

Glad you're doing a Rambler! I'm not the best expert on engine performance, but if you need some advice on the body and suspension, mods such as disc brakes and rebuilding/improving the front suspension, drop me an e-mail (farna@att.net). I print American Independent Magazine, a little "fanzine" for AMC products. If interested send me an e-mail address and I'll e-mail a copy in PDF format (mag is printed on paper, but I'll make an exception and slip an electronic copy your way).

Keep the AMC stuff coming. I think you may have a bigger AMC following than you think. Print it and they'll come. I'm working on a '64 Classic 770 myself.

The 360 is an AMC engine from an '85 Jeep. AMC made this engine from '70-'91ish and it is the same as the 401 dimentionally.

Yes, yes, yes. I'm currently working on my AMC 360 for my Javelin. Everyone goes to the 401 or 390. Glad to see someone breaking new ground. I've purchase an Edelbrock RPM Airgap and looking for other add ons.

Do I have to go check on my storage unit? I think you guys may have robbed me! I've got a 67 post car like this one- the same color even. Kudos for this build up. I drove mine on the 2003 HR Power Tour with a For Sale sign in it (cheap). After almost 1,000 miles I decided to keep it and went home with no offers. I guess you will help me make them feel sorry. Current plans are for a Mopar 360, turbo, a 904, and Mopar 8 3/4 with a 3.55 posi. I've got the rear end and tranny ready now, the engine is still a core. I'm going for the sleeper look- the wife likes the grandma look of the car. Oh, and I'll be keeping the factory AC! Looking forward to this one. Jeffrey Mermilliod Houston, TX

Hey guy's,
Awesome Rambler Project! All your AMC coverage is great! Keep the AMC's coming, they rock! Imagine, a car mag building more S/B AMC's than S/B Chevy's. You should call it the Kenosha Killer.
