The v8 swap parts you wanted for the 6 cyl mustang, can be found on a Ford Granada. Front disc brakes and five lug 8 inch leaf spring rear will all bolt in. Done this more than once myself. If you can find the Lincoln version of the Granada, three words, rear disc brakes.

Make it handle using junk yard parts. If it won't fit, make it fit. Tired of seeing someone spend 20k on a car and calling it a cheap build up. Not in my world. Sell the six on Ebay and buy a 4.6 liter out of a wreck, 5spd and all. Make it run, then back to the yard for turbos. Build your own subframe connectors, tower braces, rack and pinion cross member and do the Shelby mod to the front suspension. Show the younger crowd how cars were built to handle before anybody manufactured parts for them.

Is this enough to get you started?
