The car is a 1968 Mustang. It came with ( I think) a 289 motor auto.

The motor was yanked and replaced with a NissanSR20DET from a JDM Silvia (240SX in North America).  The motor is stock with an exception of a Boost Controller.  Boost is set at 14psi,  engine is putting down only 310hp to the wheels (DYNO SHEET AVAILIBLE).

The car was being used a Novice Drift Vehicle at a Drifting School.  It has some VOLK GRAM LITE Wheels  18X8 FRONT AND 18X10 REAR.  The tires are 265/40/18 BFG Drag Radials in front to help hold it steady and stable (The car handles like a brick, reason for selling it).  The rears are 305/35/18 BFG KDW's.  It also has a GT II Carbon Fiber Wing,  I will more than likely keep it  for myself (EXPENSIVE - 1,500 BUCKS), unless offered is made.  Decent paint (Pontiac-WS6 Sunset Orange), Interior strripped and roll barred, RED MOMO Race Seats (2).

If interested make offer, Asking $4,000.00  With GT II Wing/$5,000.00

Why are you guys hating on the import motor?  It was a damn ragged out Mustang and they wanted to junk it.  The car is fast as hell, runs 12.9 qtr mile? (SHRUGGS)  Anyway, if your not interested, don't  #### post.  Some of the  Asiain and Europeon countries chose to go small displacemnet with force insuction, america chose big displacment.  You cannot tell me it is not truely awesome that a 2.0 liter motor can produce 300/400 horsepower, come on now.  And still get 30 miles per gallon!  Don't  hate what you no nothing about.  And also, someone bought the car and junked the body and resold the engine for $6,000 and got only $150 from the crush facility for the car.   PEACE AND CHOPSTICKS, YOU OVER WEIGHT AND OBEASE BITCHES.

"The car is fast as hell, runs 12.9 qtr mile"

That's pretty quick, but not incredibly impressive.  You could run quicker with a supercharged sbf, probably for cheaper.  I'll guarantee that it's not a ford tranny you put in there, i'm sure the fabrication wasn't easy either. The whole import vs. domestic has been done to death, this is a muscle car board.  I'm glad to see the car didn't get crushed.  However, what you did is absolute sacrilege and you're not likely to find a guy on here who wants to buy the poor car.

I'm going to assume you're asian, and you're not from the states.  Trashing Americans on a muscle car board is about as bright as burning an American flag in front of a marine. You can act as tough as you want over the net, but I doubt you'd have the balls to talk that way to my face.  Kind of funny that you needed to call us fat twice? If you want to talk about imports go somewhere else plain and simple.  I don't care if you pull 30 mpg, or if you run 12's.  Rice motors aren't what we're about.  I don't go on import tuner and talk about my sbc now do I?

Hey pal, I am not Asian, I was born in Tennessee.  I am American and guess what, I AM SERVING IN THE UNITED STATES NAVY.  You guys started it by saying "rice motor".  WTF  is that?  I own a 93 Fox Body myself with a Pro Charger V-Q trim at 12psi.  Also, I own a 91 240SX with a SR20DET motor with a Greddy T-51 Turbo at 18 psi that woops the #### out of my SBF!  I love cars period, but the "Ricer Motor"' is cheaper, lighter and easier to work on.  Dollar for Dollar, the "Rice Motor" is a better motor.  I can say that because I have both.  Also, this is NOT a muscle car board, Car Craft covers all cars, from every nation.  Not just those forgotten (outdated). Remember you started it!  If you read correctly, the CAR WAS CRUSHED, but he saved the motor.

Overweight is one word and obese has no "a".  Also to use both in the same sentence is something of a redundancy.

I know I made some mistakes, but I was kind of iritated with sterotyping, profiling, racial comments from some of the other users.  All I wanted to do is to advertise a car that was forsale.  Instead I got flamed from trailer trash with thier Nova's and Chevelles.  I am American, in the Arm Forces and I just wanted to help a friend.  The car is crushed, the motor is sold and the wing is on my 5.0 Notchback.

DOHC:

Take the "flaming" with a grain of salt, and know there are plenty of rodders (this one included) who don't give a flip about what you drive and/or modify.  Frankly, I don't care if it's a domestic with a thumpin' V8, an import with an 8,500rpm buzz saw 4 popper, or if it's painted pink.

Run whatcha brung.

How could you F/N let your buddy crush the car?  The least you could do was just give sell him the motor and sell the body to a collector.  You could of made more money not to mention save a rare piece of American history.  I am sure that being a "car guy", you can understand what a car like that means to some people.  Those cars are priceless and rare.  I am totally lost as to how a person with half a brain in his head could do such a thing.

That's not stereotyping? You've got quite the chip on your shoulder.  Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned the Marines around a sailor.  LOL.  And yes, this is a domestic mag.  Or don't you remember the days of matt king and the "0 bling, all v8 all the time" on the cover?  I really could care less what you wanna build, but putting a rice motor in muscle car would be like putting a flathead in an 80's camaro.  And if you're supercharged mustang is tougher to work on and slower than your import, you're doing something wrong.  Carbureted v8's are some of the easiest engines to modify that exist.  The SBC is the easiest and cheapest motor to modify, bar none.  There is not a single import motor that is cheaper to modify than the sbc.  A friend of mine is pushing 350 horse out of a 355 with a total investment of 900 dollars.  Do what you want, i'm not gonna lose any sleep over it.  Just keep the carbon fiber wing #### off the classic muscle.

Hmm.  Why spoil a cool flat-head by putting it in an 80s Camaro?
