will a 351c mount up to the engine mounts of a 302? Also will the 302 tranny work with the 351c?  

There are mounts for this application, as well as oil pans, and headers. The C-4 will bolt up, ands can be made strong enough to live behind it. The C6 would handle it easily, but robs more power and is heavier.

I might have a small amount of helpful info.  I work in the parts industry, we had a guy who put a 351 W into a fox body.  He was using 79-83 4 cylinder mounts.  I'm  more of a gm guy, so i'm not sure how different the cleveland and windsors are other than the cylinder heads.  Be a good question for Min301 or the MMFF guys.

Contact shumacher, or competion engineering. You may also wish to contact moroso and milodon as both make oil pans for this application and may have more info on the mounts.

I could be wrong, but I thought a Windsor and a Cleveland use the same motor mounts.

They may be the same, but there is a difference in the deck hieght, may cause clearence issues.
