ok I was a little to hard on the t-5 in my GTA and I pulled the bolts out of the tranny. Is this fixable? Like good as new fixable? and is there something I can do to prevent this in the future? Any help and tips is welcome.

Do you mean you pulled the bolts that are threaded into the bellhousing? This is indeed fixable using Heli-Coils, I am a toolmaker and have used them for years. They are way stronger than threads in aluminum so you shouldn't have any more problems. I would also use grade-8 bolts and a make sure it is torqued properly.
These shouldn't have broke to begin with no matter how rough you are on the 5-speed.. in my experience the 5-speed is weaker than the bolts that hold 'em in.

You can get em here: http://www.emhart.com/products/helicoil.html
