Why not? All the imports do.

A trubo? I suspect you have to change your heads to run one of those.

All things are possible with any motor, but you have left out alot of info here...
What year 460 is it?
casting # on heads?
flat top or dished pistons?
A mildly built 460 can put out tremendous power naturally aspirated.
Build levels being the same a 460 will outrun a 454
(Oh I expect ALOT of opinions on that sentence.)
But that aside.
a great nitrous only motor would be one with flat tops, 10.0 compression. one of Lunati's voodoo cams and any pair of factory C8,C9 D0 (VE) heads, converted with CJ valves and a mild port on the intake and a very good and thorough port on the exhaust side.
The main weakness and flow restriction of the 429-460 head in the exhaust side port. (a split duration cam helps this alot. )
now a super charged or turbo motor, would have mild dished pistons.
Recomend a hyd. roller cam (I like Lunati, thats why I recommend them)
and a pair of d3VE heads properly prepped
base comprssion is about 8.5 and thats fine for a turbo or blower motor.
Just my opinion, feel free to launch slings and arrows en masse.......

that is the reason i am asking, i havent started the buildup on it yet, i have a right now stock 460 out of a 78 mark V, which i know has a low stock hp rating, but i was wondering what to do to run those three, it will basically be a street motor, i just figured the import guys run efi, a turbo, and nos, why not us normal car guys.

A 78 is a fine motor to start with.
a few must have's for the engine:
Forged pistons flat top or slight dish
super heavy duty roller chain or better gear drive.
well prepped oil pump and flow system.
at least truck style or better I/H beam rods.
Marine style stainless head gaskets (felpro 17068) for example
Ignition with advance retard/delay capability (timing control will be super critical)
Well prepped heads (yours will be D3VE's and they are fine to work with)
