we all have them and its fun to shatre them the main one for me is when im driving with friends in my 70 buick and they ask about the big hole in the dashboard from the am radio. if youve ever owned a 70-72 skylark and bulled the stock radio you know how big the hole is so i just tell them its weight reduction most of them dont believe me though but its funny im going to bed and try and think up more to post tomorrow so keep checking back

Blew my engine up at the track. When asked why I built a new motor, I told people it was just time to go bigger, hence the new stroker setup. Beer, it's what's for dinner.

accidentally painted my car flat black instead of gloss. The paint store sold me the wrong stuff. I just told people i was going for that "rat rod" look. Mopar or Nocar

I found in our work trucks ('04-'06 F-250's) that the horn will honk if you press the Cruise Control on and Coast Buttons at the same time. I am sure this is just a fine feature Ford forgot to mention in the Manual.

where i work they have a new 05 chevy pickup the reason i gave for the tires going from being almost new to completely bald was it got stuck in a big pothole so i floored it and had to do a massive burnout to get it out

my car has rust issues so instead of telling people i dont know what im doing when it comes to bodywork i tell them its a "joe dirt" style restoration its the worst lookin at the drivein but with the rust and snowtires it grabs attention
