Wsssup guys i have a 351w and i noticed a knockin in 1 of my heads. I heard that it may be a rocker arm. Is this and easy job to do? Does somebody know the lbs of torque it needs?

there are several reasons for the knocking noise...    a good knock knock joke gone way wrong...   or

the rocker arm fulcrums are worn...   95% chance
the pushrod may have worn through the rocker
the cam lobe may have gone flat.. see if the pushrod turns back and forth with the valve cover off and the engine idling...if so... time for a cam change.new lifters.. oil pump and a super magnet in the bottom of the oil pan to catch any metal particals that have escaped into the system...  almost all oil filters bypass oil cold...

the push rods should make partial turns in or slow turns..  in a normal engine... if it is spinning out of control the lash may be too loose on that one...  or the cam could also be going flat...

torque is usually about 20 foot pounds... 17-22 or 18 -23...  try to use a 3/8 drive torque wrench as that is the lowest setting on most 1/2" drive torque wrenches.. and it is way too easy to streach the bolts...

replacement fulcrums are really cheep..melling#. MRM-1776  usually in a box of 8... other companys will also use the # 1776 in their part number usually...dorman brand are usually the least expencive.

rocker arm kits are also available...  rocker arm, spring oil diverter, bolt and fulcrum..

i have for years on engines for normal daily use...ground the base of the fulcrum to tighten up the valve lash...  little shims are available to make it looser...raise the fulcrum...  this lets me perfect the amount of preload on the lifters so there is no problems in the long run...    and i am not worried about other people mixing them up at a later time...  most of my customers only have me work on their car...

OH... and clean the grinding dust off the fulcrum and keep the grinder 20 feet or more from the car...  and do not use the shop towells that are near the grinder to clean the motor...  i use cheep brake cleaner to clean the parts...beware..and use solvent proof nitrile gloves... too many people are dieing way too early nowadays do to ***  maybe from solvent exposure... maybe from gasoline exposure.. maybe from ..???
