What is the best brand and type of oil to use now that I have over 100,000 miles on my engine?

Just use a good crude based oil, like Castrol, Valvoline, etc.

55 named the to top oil brands and I will add 15W-40 also what type of car to be sure.

I have two, ones is a Toyota Previa and the other is a Ford Ranger V6 4.0.

sae 30wt with deturgent to keep it clean inside,change oil filter 2x as oil.MVM
