I have a 66 rambler,it has a 6 cyl. in it I am wanting to swap to a v8, I have heared that a chevy 350 will bolt up using dodge truck mounts without having to get a whole new crossmember. I am also wanting to know would a 66 chevy II cowl hood be close to fitting the rambler.

You can get six cylinder conversion mounts from www.bulltear.com. The mounts are designed to bolt an AMC V-8 in, but you can modify the engine side to fit a Chevy.
