My friend has this same cam but it leaves me wondering when they list a lobe separation for intake and exhaust and a valve lash for a hydraulic cam. I mean these guys are manufacturing cams and don't know/ care that lobe sep is a single number that can't be changed after the cam is ground? or that Hyd. cams don't have a valve lash setting? Either they are idiots or they need a lot of help with their cam specs that describe their products.

Hah, start with something other than a 350 Chevy . Hmmm, that sounds like fun, a 350 Buick in a S-10. I already have the engine and should fit nicely since they are lighter than a chevy and have the distributor up front. Sounds like the next project!!!!!

Here ya go, this should fit your S-10 just dandy: http://www.highperformancepontiac.com/tech/hppp_0712_small_bore_pontiac_engine_build/index.html

The best part is you can tell knuckle heads that dont know a chevy from a pontiac that its a chevy engine. Watch them scratch their heads.

nice heads if you got a deal on them.
i'd go with a 224 duration intake cam. with a 110 lobe centerline. whatever you do, you'll need matching valve springs.
not knowing the rest of your combo.
also -12cc dish tops, and try to get 10:1-11.1 compression
debure the piston's and head chambers.
1-3/4" long tube headers.
you can use the torquer but you'r actually giving up some power over a good dual plane intake.
no need for a high volume oil pump. maybe high pressure, you only need 10psi oil pressure for every 1000rpm.
you absolutly must tune the carb and ignition. if not your throwing away power.

i think the hot lash gives away that the cam you have is a solid tappet one.
the lca's you cam card lists is for each indevidual lobe, it's not the spred between them.
i can't remember what you put down but i think it was 111/ 117. i'll guess ( only guesing mind you ) that this cam has a 106-108 lobe centerline. very peaky cam.
i wouldn't recomend it with your heads or cuin size of motor. i think it's too big. especialy for the street.

but with flat tops w/ -4cc valve reliefs and a 0.013 deck height, and a 0.032 gasket thickness you'll have 11.7:1 compression.  very good for the cam you have.
still 1-3/4" long tube headers. hope you got a good stall, or manual tranny.
tune it well and you'll smile often.
