I read in car craft (I think) about a special rear spoiler on the 1st gen camaro that was about 2 inches shorter (lenghtwise) than the standard spoiler. Even had a picture and told the RPO code.Anybody remember that or know what I'm talking about?Can't find the mag and nobody else who's heard of it.  

I have restored/owned with several first gens and never heard of a shorter spoiler on the first gen camaros. Visit us over at www.teamcamaro.com and post it in the forums. If there is such a thing the guys in here will be able to identify it.  

Two threads on this subject, but yes in 67' and early 68' there were factory spoilers that were 2' inches shorter that the later 68'-69' model's ,my 67'ss that i had in 79' had the short spoiler.
