I'm trying to find parts to fix with new parts the divorced choke and the diaphragm on the carb.  The engine is 283 chevy 2-barrel all stock in a 66 impala.  I found an edelbrock choke coil but I believe it's for their manifolds and carbs.  Will a 2-barrel and a 4-barrel choke coil interchange.

here is the link to an acrobat file that has a lot of carb stuff that is available at most carb rebuilders...this file is just for the rochester 2 bbls..

http://www.walkerproducts.com/downloads/catalogs/components/rochester2barrel.pdf
the choke rods are on page 7 and the choke thermostats are on page 15... it does not show the covers... but i know that those are available from the restoration places.. the walker number for the choke thermostat is 102-1041 or 102-1040 according to this link

you might check the borg warner catalogs at the parts stores... bw usually has a good supply of them...

you might also call  a professional parts store .. one where mechanics do wholesale biz..

some of the chevy restoration parts places will have these also..

i should mention that walker does not sell to the public... and you have to have an account with them.. some parts stores do here in los angeles..  and almost every carb shop in the country buys from them.....autosupplyco.com does just in case..
