just rad the article on the homepage here and i was trying to calculate my displacement since i am need of another trorque converter, the formula in the article goes like this bore x bore x stroke x 0.7854 x 8 4.60 4.60 3.480 0.7854 x 8 this brings me to 462, i called and asked my machine shop and they said it was 361. the handy variable, is it for chevy what, not sure, anybody else have a better method of finding ut displacement just with the engine facts.

The formula they show is correct, it sounds like you have a .060 350, right? If that's the case it would be: 4.06 x 4.06 x 3.48 x .7854 x 8 = 360.42274
