Anybody remember an article in CC circa 1989 or '90(maybe '91), about a guy who took a plain jane 1989 Mustang, with a 289, and turned it into a super stang! He rebuilt the moter, reworked the fenders, put in a 4 speed tranny, roll bars, 4 buckets; the works.  Anyway it was tested on a speedway and it topped out at 179. Just wondering what was the name of the guy who built it, or where can I find the article?  Any help would be great. Thanx.  

I think that car was for sale on ebay a little while ago less the engine for a pretty fair price.
