I would like to know who did it and why. Is it because I said if you want to get you car in the Mag to get DF a blow job. I mean come on, is that worth getting banned for. Just a load of crap if you as me. I've give four year of my life to that board and that is how I'm repaid. Anyway I'll be moving over here since this is where I stated in the first place. But I have to say this forum sucks so far, I mean can I even post pics.  

After reading some of the posts over at the HotRod forum, I see that I might have stepped over the line in having a little fun. But that is all it was, just messing around. I really can't believe they banned me for tell a guy to get DF a BJ so he could get his car in the mag. Like that would ever happen. It was a joke and should have been taken that way. But apparently someone over there doesn't have a since of humor.  

Funny thing about humor, TC, not everybody finds certain things funny. Written humor is hardest to get across. People can't tell if your being humorous or serious when you write someone to give another a BJ unless you say so. I'm not the moderator or the editor in chief, so who knows what pissed them off.  

I laughed out loud after reading that. I think you just have a good sense of humor.  

Ya, I need to remember that not everyone shares my since of humor. I guess me and my friends just have a different way of having fun. I guess what I need to realize is that everyone comes form different backgrounds and cultures, and what me and my friends consider harmless crap talking, others may find offensive. And like you said it's sometimes hard to see the humor in something that is writen, I'm sure if we were all in person the stuff I said wouldn't have been taken so seriously, as they would have been able to see the meaningless humor that was behind it. Anyway I sent a letter to DF since I'm sure that is who banned me, and told him how deeply sorry I was for posting the comments that I did, and asked for another chance, which to tell you the truth I'm not thinking I'm going to get, but then there is always hope . I guess the balls in his court now.  

In all fairness, you had been warned several times to back down and didn't.  Personally, I think you're a cool guy but you disrespected numerous people by ignoring our requests.  

Ya no big deal Pres, as I've realized that these forums take up way to much of my time. The fact is I would spend 3-4 hours a day(if not more) on the board which is 3-4 hours that I could be working on my cars or spending with my family. Put it this way I'm sure if it wasn't for all the hours I wasted on the forum, I would have had my Camaro done by now. I mean it was nice to BS with you guys, but the fact is it's better to have real friends than virtual friends. To tell you the truth Pres I think self consiously I wanted to get banned.  I now agree with my wife that I was ADDICTED to the HotRod forum, and have realize that some of the problems we have been having lately are do to it. And the sad thing is I was neglecting my family and cars, which I should have never let happen. I actually should thank DF for banning me as I've already spent the last two hours outside working on my '71 GMC.

Anyway Pres, you know I think your a good guy, so take care and I'll probably see you over here on the CC board. But that will be far and inbetween. I need to quite letting this computer take up all my time. What's funny is I used to laugh at Bench Racers and now the sad thing is I became one of them. I need to get my cars done and start racing them and stop talking about them. I'll still keep you guys posted on the progress. Peace, TC  

you know your humor isn't really the issue.i'm sure the mag doesn't want kids going to their parents asking if dad would give someone a "bj" to get their car in the mag.i could just imagine the domino effect from that! unless mom and dad were so ignorant that they would reply with something like "a bj? sure i would love give df a brake job to get my car into the mag!!"  

I replied once already, but like I say, you're fun to watch, I'll be keeping an eye on you. You've been going crazy for a long time.And you've been going really really crazy lately. just think of it like hockey sometimes when you hit somebody with your stick you gotta go to the penatly box. get out in the shop. you live somewhere warm at least. this board is lousy though. I waste too much time on forums myself. Gotta warn you though I won't bow down to your seniority here.

I'm going to be keeping it cool, because who know's they might let me back in at a later date. And I don't want to mess that up. So for now I just have to help this board become a hot spot. But I am going to take your advise and get my ass in gear and get my cars done. And just so you know I put the Camaro back up on jack stands so I can finish all the stuff I need to do under the car. You know like rear brake line, fuel lines, exhaust. I'll be starting another thread about it. So stay tuned.

I ain't here to heckle you. I'm here as a show of support. even though I think your nuts. I'm more of a CC type of guy anyways I build my own chassis, engines do my own metal fab. etc etc.I am not about the politics I am about the hobby. let's make this place a real hotrodding forum without politics and BS.
