Thanx Craig,

I'd be very happy w/ high 12's, being almost4k lbs and touring susp.Maybe when my kid gets home from school he can show me how to add some pics and avatar.

Also got a performer RPM brand new that was going on the Goat, opted for a Tomahawk polished. I was told it's to much for the stockish 400 'bird.

Yeah, it might be a bit too much for what I've got too.  But, I couldn't fit a spacer on the stock intake manifold and have it clear the hood.  Oh well, I'm thinking it'll push me towards a heads/cam swap.  Oh darn.

Just a note from another Pontiac owner. If  you run a convertible at Cecil County Dragway...the limit is 13.00 for no roll bar. It won't matter if it's not a dedicated track car or not. Just so you know..own a 66 GTO here with tri-power.

Another Pontiac guy here, even though it may be new school with "corporate" power, it still has the Pontiac arrowhead on it!!

The CV-1 heads will turn any decent 400/428/455 buildup into a hp monster- any make all the Chevy, Ford, and Mopar scratch their heads (what was that that just smoked me- A PONTIAC?!). Guys on the PZ foruma already report an esay 600-650 hp on a 428 with stock CV-1's. The hardcore builder/racers are talking 800/1000 hp with the big bore IA 500+ CID Poncho blocks. 9-second cars, anyone?
